This year, Fitness Coach Abdoul Diallo is collaborating with Elite Training in Paris to bring you summer sweat sessions by the beautiful Seine river in Paris. Suitable for every age and fitness level - all you need is your sports clothes, towel, and water. So come along and join us now for some “fun in the sun” !!
Classes will run on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s until the end of July.diallo

It’s 7:30am on a chilly Thursday Spring morning in Paris. It’s a public holiday today, but while the rest of the city is quietly sleeping - this fighter is up & out, and she’s pumped to nail today’s session. And nail it she did 🔥🔥🔥
