The mud is now covered in turf and we are neeeeearly ready to hit the market. Inside was being finished off today, driveway was being painted this afternoon, staging day tomorrow, photos Wednesday and first open Saturday. Game on!! 👍🎉

We are delighted to share that our "fire house" was launched last week, had its first open on Saturday and is now under contract after multiple offers. Settlement is on track for the end of June. This home has come a long way — from fire‑damaged and dark to a bright, spacious family home with a pool on the river. Huge effort from our team, and a big thanks to the agent for delivering an awesome result.
