The door was removed & a new archway was created.
Framed out in pine & cut the arch shape out of 3mm MDF, then flushed & painted the gyprock, with new cornice.

Swipe to have a look at the condition of the heavily ni****ne stained walls. Tennant had smoked inside for years. Took some heavy undercoating and stain sealing but the result is clean and tidy and habitable again.
