Lewy will be predominantly based in Wangaratta looking after all our wonderful clients back home.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

Start Date: Immediate (3 Month Trial)

About the Role: We're in search of a highly skilled and experienced tradesperson who is driven by the prospect of career advancement and thrives in a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual responsible for maintaining onsite quality control, mentoring and supervising apprentices, ensuring compliance with all relevant Australian plumbing regulations, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. We offer consistent working hours and a supportive management team that understands the importance of work-life balance.

Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a qualified plumber with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably within a small business environment. Hold a current full manual driver's license for Australia, along with relevant trade qualifications and plumbing certificates, is essential. Experience collaborating within a team environment, contributing to a positive work culture, and demonstrating reliability and punctuality are also key attributes we're seeking.
