Cosmic Relief

Ok. It feels like everyone is a bit depleted, run down, flat, etc, after Christmas and New Year's indulgence. I suggest walking around barefoot on wet grass (or any grass), have a bath, pat a dog, fly a kite, sing a song. Eat simple foods, not too heavy, hang out with your mates and CHILL OUT! I've started a Pinterest board called Cosmic Relief. It's filled with all the things that make me happy, many of which are linked to you guys, my friends and family… Enjoy! ###
