Alright Beginner teams, welcome to the Final of the Sixty7Six Games.
This workout is fast, exciting, and designed to test teamwork, confidence, and your ability to keep moving under fatigue.
You have a 6 minute time cap to complete:
20 Clean & Jerks
20 Jumping Bar Muscle Ups
20 Power Snatches
Menβs weight is 40kg
Womenβs weight is 25kg
Every time you want to switch athletes, you must run back and tag your teammate before they can begin work.
π Clean & Jerks
Athletes may complete either a power clean or squat clean.
The jerk may be either a push jerk or split jerk.
Teams may share the reps however they choose.
Every rep must finish with full lockout overhead, hips extended, and the barbell clearly over the crown of the head.
This movement is going to elevate the heart rate quickly, so staying controlled early is going to matter.
π Jumping Bar Muscle Ups
The box will be set so the bar is approximately in line with the athleteβs chest.
Athletes must show a full kip motion while using the box.
Every rep must finish with full lockout at the top of the bar.
Teams may split the reps however they choose.
This movement is designed to reward rhythm, confidence, and smooth movement under fatigue.
π Power Snatches
All reps must be power snatches.
Teams may share the reps however they choose.
Every rep must finish with full lockout overhead, hips extended, and the barbell clearly over the crown of the head.
By this stage, shoulders and lungs are going to be working very hard π

π Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

The chest must clearly make contact with the bar for the rep to count.
Teams may split the reps however they choose.
Grip fatigue and breathing are going to become a major factor here.
π Power Snatches

You have a 6 minute time cap to complete:
20 Clean & Jerks
20 Bar Muscle Ups
20 Power Snatches
Menβs weight is 60kg
Womenβs weight is 42.5kg

π Power Snatches
All reps must be power snatches.
