Capturing someone’s wedding day is always special - but when it’s for 2 of your best mates, it’s a real blessing 😌
This shoot was condensed down to capture the bride & groom prep and the ceremony only (I was MCing the reception so filming the whole day wasn’t an option 😝), but I think this ceremony-focussed edit tells a really heartfelt story, and comes back to the fact that a storyline will always be more important than flashy shots only 👍🏼

Soundscaping is such an underrated part of a great video. It’s not until you actually incorporate it that you see how much more you’re drawn into the subject - in this case, a beautifully modern home tucked away by the river in Maylands that the homie Adam Ghizzo - Realmark Urban brought to market this month 🏡

Here’s one I prepared earlier with Miles Garner // Realmark Urban - few things at play with this edit… main thing being the day/night transitions (which take some meticulous planning to match up on separate shooting sessions), then of course some speed ramped in-camera transitions between rooms, and a little drone work to highlight the insane location 🌃

Summer in WA has been fairly rotten this year 🥵
Aside from the incessant heat and the flies though; the sunsets have been pretty mint 🔥
This was a fun little wrap-up I filmed of a community day held by Maxine Hamilton - Realmark Urban the other weekend - coz who doesn’t love free coffee and pushup competitions on a Sunday morning 😅
Video-wise, I’m trying to make better use of my 70-200mm to get more static, “human value” shots as a compliment to the flashier stabilised gimbal clips 🎥
Great to have Green Zone Warwick and The Patron Beverage Co. down on the day as well 💪🏼
