Is anyone else watching the Australian Open and suddenly convinced they’re one match away from a Grand Slam wild card? 🎾😅

If the AO has you feeling inspired (or slightly delusional), ive got something for you:

• Adult Foundations – for beginners & returners who want to learn
• Cardio Tennis – sweat, music, chaos (the good kind)
• Intermediate Warriors – for players who already play and want to level up
• Ladies Morning Tennis – movement, connection, confidence ☕️🎾

We train seriously… but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Learning, sweating, laughing, improving.

Programs start February.
Train with intent. Play with purpose.

🎯 The open court is a trap if you’re not in position.

I used to spray the “obvious” open court ball like it owed me money.
Late. Stretched. Off-balance. Cheap error. Point gone.

Wide serve ➝ cross-court first ➝ make them play.
Unless I’m inside the court, fully set, in balance, or able to come around the outside of the ball, I don’t give myself permission.

Mindset shift:
Before you hit, ask one question —
“Am I balanced enough to earn this shot?”
If the answer isn’t a calm yes, choose discipline over ego.

Watch how unforced errors drop.

Stop being a hero. 🦸‍♀️🎾

I say this as someone who regularly tried to go down the line from three metres behind the baseline… and then attempts a drop shot from the car park.

Here’s the truth 👇
• Percentage tennis wins more matches
• More wins + consistency builds confidence
• Confidence creates momentum
• Momentum earns you the right to pull off “hero” moments

What you see on TV isn’t magic
it’s built on repeatable patterns, good shot selection, and discipline.

So yes — go for your shots when the ball deserves it.
But most of the time?

Don’t be silly.
Play the ball.
Win the point.
Then be the hero later. 😌

2025, thank you. 🙏🏼
To every child, athlete, parent, colleague, mentor, and soul that crossed paths with me this year, your support, trust, conversations, and energy did not go unnoticed.

I’m deeply grateful for every lesson, every challenge, every moment of growth.
This work only exists for me because I stay passionate, and one of the reasons I am so passionate is because of the people around it.

Wishing you all a healthy, fulfilled, powerful 2026 ✨
With so much gratitude, always. Jelena 🫡

The biggest lesson this year for me was time ⏳

Time doesn’t punish you.
It doesn’t reward you.
It just reflects the state of mind you bring into it. 🧠

You can’t control time ,only your next move.
If you no longer have a next move, your story is over.

Everything passes.
And if something doesn’t… it only means we do.
I know I’m being dramatic. Still true.

Fatigue isn’t always a signal to stop.
Sometimes it’s a test of will.
Sometimes it’s just the cost of caring about something.

Once we worshipped Icarus for flying too close to the sun 🪽
Now we don’t even try .

Endurance (resilience) isn’t suffering.
It’s awareness in motion.

Time is rented.
Don’t mistake thinking for doing.
Your only real job is the next choice.

Time is neutral.
Awareness gives it weight. (If you made it this far, congrats , you’re now part of my philosophy club.) 🤣🫡🩵🫵🏼

A simple service line warm-up that fixes ball direction & control 🎾

Hitting through the tram lines forces good positioning, clean contact, and intent.

Too often we get lazy from the service line…
and that laziness follows us back to the baseline —
spraying balls or helicoptering them instead of controlling rallies.

Start with purpose, and your baseline game will thank you. 🫵🏼
