So I've decided I could get use to this Asado business! Any social gathering involving BBQ meat, I'm sold! ππ½
My favourite dish of the night was the rump slowly cooked over a coal fired parrilla, served with chimichurri and salsa croilla. The beet salad and leafy greens are must to get through the those meat sweats! ππ
