I remember being surrounded by music 24/7 from the age of five. It was mostly jazz, and I am grateful to my Father for giving me this gift. I love music, all kinds of music. As much as I love to create I love to listen just as much. I studied classical piano from the age of 7 to 15. Although it has been so much later in my life that I have come to this, it feels quite natural that I have taken to
the creative process like a duck to water. You are never too old to follow your passions. I never know what I am going to produce when I first sit down to create. It just seems to create itself. I love to combine different generes together and to try to come up with new and unique sounds. Sometimes I surprise myself and it feels as though the music writes itself and is coming from someplace beyond me. I realize that I am still a 'newborn' at this and I realize I have so much still to learn, however my passion for creating really good music drives me to become a force to be reckoned with. I have always had a passion for music. I started dabbling with a simple program to mix and create different sounds and beats about a year ago. I fell in love with the creative process as I found there were limitless possibilities and it stretched me to the max in more ways than one. I wanted to lift my game and do things more professionally so I started to learn how to create and produce in Ableton. This opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me. I was 'technically' challenged to start with and the road to understanding the unique language that comes with creating and producing music had me banging my head against the wall several times however I persisted. The result is my first 'funky jazzy break beats' trac 'Downtown Blow'. I am currently studying the nuances of post-production and mastering which should lift the quality of my tunes a whole lot more in the near future. I look forward to perfecting this craft to bring you the best sounds possible.
