Progress update! 🏗️ Construction is progressing smoothly at Incontro.

👉 Level Five concrete columns, walls and slab pour now complete. Internally, the installation of services and wall sheeting on the Ground Floor is now complete, along with the studwork on Level Two. The removal of formwork has been completed from the Ground Floor through to Level Three.

👉 Formwork is underway for the Level Six columns, walls and slab pour. Installation of services and wall sheeting has commenced on Level One, along with the studwork on Level Three. On the Ground Floor, the external brickwork is now underway and the joinery installation has commenced.

👉 Upcoming works include the pouring of the Level Six columns, walls and slab, along with the commencement of the studwork on Level Four. Installation of services to Level Two is also scheduled, alongside the installation of window frames.

👉 Concrete works for the Level Three structural columns and walls have commenced, along with formwork for the Level Three slab.

👉 On the Ground Floor, installation of apartment services such as air conditioning ducts have begun, while interior wall framing to the two-storey townhome apartments is also underway.

👉 From here, works include the concrete pouring of the Level Three slab will commence along with continuing the rough-in of services to Ground Floor and Level One.
