To The Start Line

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Flashback to the epic race simulations we held prior to IRONMAN® Busselton! These sessions were key to our training plan, prepping us for the race that took place in early December.

Each simulation covered about 60% of the real thing and took place just 4-6 weeks before race day. It’s part of a successful training and racing plan, and the dedication and effort from everyone truly shone through in our results!

Sunday morning swim squad & run a couple weeks back 💪

I have decided the time has finally come to do a marathon 😉

You might query that, given my history (the fact that I have only ever run a marathon on the back end of a 3.8km swim and 180km ride… eight times).
