For a limited time, I will be donating 100% of the cost of individual swim, bike or run assessments to TriMob to help reach my fundraising target for the 2026 Sydney Marathon.
Though this is not just a fundraising target! It is an investment in First Nations-led programs that help more young people and communities access swim, bike and run in ways that are empowering, culturally safe and community-driven.
The assessments I offer are 1-to-1 coaching sessions designed to improve your technique and achieve better results in swim, bike and/or run disciplines. Each assessment includes a pre-assessment discussion, a biomechanical analysis and a follow-up meeting to discuss observations, data analysis, implications and recommendations.
Assessments must be booked and paid for by 19 August but may be scheduled up to the end of September 2026. Each assessment (one discipline per booking) is $250. For more information on what’s included and T’s & C’s, visit ttsl.com.au (link in bio).

I’m running the Sydney marathon for Tri Mob again this year and I’d love your support to help reach my fundraising goal of $3000 (link in bio).
TRIMOB is a Mob-led charity using swim, bike, & run to empower First Nations people through culture, health & community.
Your donation helps power TRIMOB to grow deadly programs and build a stronger, healthier future – for the Mob, by the Mob.

🏊♂️🚴♀️🏃♂️ Flashback to the epic race simulations we held prior to IRONMAN® Busselton! These sessions were key to our training plan, prepping us for the race that took place in early December.
Each simulation covered about 60% of the real thing and took place just 4-6 weeks before race day. It’s part of a successful training and racing plan, and the dedication and effort from everyone truly shone through in our results!
Stay tuned for more about our race day experience! 💪🔥

I have decided the time has finally come to do a marathon 😉
You might query that, given my history (the fact that I have only ever run a marathon on the back end of a 3.8km swim and 180km ride… eight times).
I am running to support , an incredible Mob-led organisation supporting First Nations people through triathlon.
We’d love your support to help me reach my fundraising goal of $2500 – you can donate to support the cause at the link in bio.
It only takes a minute and any money you can give (no matter how large or small) makes a difference.
Thank you, I really appreciate your support.
John.
