Sunday, 8 March 2026, was a great reminder of how far we’ve come — when we empower women with different experiences, talents, and viewpoints, we unlock better decision‑making and more creative solutions. We still have potential challenges ahead, but commitment to genuine inclusion and balanced gender representation is growing. Thank you to the female leaders and tradies within our AEN WA membership, who champion fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity every day. I’m so grateful to be working among you.
