Great news for those looking to build or renovate. The Government has annouced a $688 million HomeBuilder package which will be available to owner-occupiers who sign a building contract to commence building or renovating their property after the 4th of June 2020.
The grants will be available to individuals earning less than $125,000 a year, or $200,000 for a couple, building a new home valued at up to $750,000 (including the land) or renovations to the value of $150,000 - $750,000.
