The children in the Giraffe room have been learning all about Lemons in our recent inquiry project.
Last week the children enjoyed exploring lemon oobleck in a fun sensory experience, using their hands and imagination to mis, scoop,pour and squeeze. We loved smelling the fresh lemon scent, turning the tray into a pastel yellow colour and unique texture that was both runny and firm, all while building fine motor skills,communication and creativity 🍋🍋
We do love a tea party ! 🍋🫖✨

We had a visit from Samera from .dental this week, along with her friends Dragon and Unicorn! The children learned about dental hygiene, had a gentle check‑up, and took home a goodie bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Toothy grins all around! 🦷🪥✨

Our Mothers’ Day activities are underway! As the children thread flowers through a cardboard vase guide. This hands on- activity supported fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration and creativity, while encouraging connection with nature 🌺🪻🌹💐
