TWO ROCKS VILLAGE – UNDER CONSTRUCTION
In alignment with our continued commitment, the Twelve 34 Design team carried out a site visit and inspection of Two Rocks Village last week.

Construction is advancing as planned with concrete tilt panels now been erected and the structural steel installation complete. Roofing is currently underway, enabling internal trades to commence the fitout process.

DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL RECEIVED!!!

Development Approval has been received for two three-storey townhouses and renovation works to existing character house in West Perth.
Twelve 34 Design, in collaboration with CF Town Planning & Development, was engaged to assist our client in overcoming challenges related to and obtaining Development Approvals for this proposal.

We convened as a group to discuss the project, identify our objectives and opened dialogue with the Council.

Twelve 34 Design scope of work included:
- Site visit and further site investigations
- Concept Designs
- Development Application Documentation
- 3D Presentation
- Submit and communicate with CF Town Planning, who then coordinated and liaised with the Local Council and Design Review Panel.

Great achievement by all and we look forward to watching this concept be turned into reality

DUNSBOROUGH RESIDENCE
During the Easter period we conducted site visits in the South West region.
We visited our amazing clients who are currently owner-building their dream house.

TWO ROCKS VILLAGE SITE VISIT
Yesterday, we had an amazing site visit to Two Rocks Village.
The weather was absolutely beautiful, making it a perfect day for exploration and enjoyment.
Site work has commenced, with bulk earthwork and stormwater cells being installed.
It is reassuring to know that King Neptune watches over the site.
