Over the years in my online and in-person Nutrition practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through many different stages of health, healing, and transformation. In recent years, I’ve continued to upgrade and evolve my education so I can better support the ever-evolving menopausal woman and the deeper shifts that occur through this season of life.

I’m now integrating Epigenetic Testing into my practice — an incredibly insightful tool that helps uncover your personal Nutrition and Lifestyle blueprint with remarkable accuracy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to health, this allows us to understand your body on a far deeper level and work with your individual biology, needs, and current state of health.

When we begin decoding your unique biological instructions, we start to understand why you may be feeling the way you do, what your body has been asking for, and which foods, nutrients, and lifestyle practices are most supportive for you right now. So many women have spent years trying to force themselves into health models that simply were never designed for their body, hormones, nervous system, or stage of life.

This work is about coming back home to yourself. It’s about learning to eat and live in a way that feels nourishing, grounding, and aligned with what the earth intended for your body. When we stop working against our biology and begin supporting it properly, the body often responds with greater ease, clarity, energy, and flow.

I truly believe the future of health lies in personalised wellness and understanding the individual woman sitting in front of us, rather than applying generic advice to everyone. This next chapter of my work feels deeply aligned, and I’m incredibly excited to begin offering this level of insight and support within my practice.

They say we have many lives within one.

For years, many have known me through various seasons & titles — Nutrition Speaker, Advocate & Mentor. But the soul has its own seasonal clock, and mine has struck a chord for deep, intentional simplification.

I am returning to the roots. Not just the roots of the earth, but the roots of our very biology. My work is evolving into a dedicated space for PHA (Precision Health Alliance) Nutrition and the philosophy of Simplicity.

It’s a blend of high-science epigenetics and the ancient whispers of nature. I’m here to guide you back to your own biological blueprint—the one that doesn't care about "trends," but thrives on your unique bio-individuality.

I never believed this until I created space in my life. When I said 'No' to certain events, actions, people, places and things, I said yes to me fully. I opened up vacancy for more. And then it all flowed in effortlessly. Not how I imagined. It was better! More love, peace, kindness, opportunities in alignment with my inner being. All the things!
