I didn’t have to share this, but I value keeping it real.

This year took me across the world. The USA, Bali, Thailand, and Mexico. Beautiful moments, family time, milestones, and also grief and heaviness I didn’t share publicly.

Life isn’t amazing 24/7. There are highs and there are lows, often existing at the same time. I don’t want to only share the highlight reel or pretend everything is perfect.

Right now, the most honest thing is doing less, slowing down, and choosing real-life connection over performance.

I’ll be stepping offline for a bit. Not sure when I’ll be back, but this is me being real about where I’m at.

If you’re interested in health and wellness tech or creating leveraged income online, everything is still available through my links and you’ll be supported through that process.

With love,
Dayan

Do you ever take social media breaks because of your intuition?

The word “expensive” has nothing to do with numbers.

It’s a label people use when they don’t yet see something as an investment.

Most people haven’t been taught that their wellbeing, energy, emotional world, and nervous system are assets. So anything that supports those areas gets grouped into the category of “not necessary.”

Not because it lacks value.
But because they haven’t connected that they are the thing that produces results, income, stability, and quality of life.

It’s easy to spend on things that offer quick hits of pleasure or status.
It requires maturity to invest in something that changes who you become.

Your work isn’t for people who are still operating from a spending mindset.

Your work is for those who recognize:
Healing pays dividends.
Energy sustains opportunity.
Wellbeing makes everything else possible.

Those people don’t ask if something is expensive.
They ask, “Is this aligned with who I’m becoming?”

Stop convincing.
Start positioning.

When you speak to the ones who already value investment, you’ll never need to justify your offers again.

Did this resonate?

06/12/2025

Let’s talk about the word “expensive” in the health and wellness space.

Is it actually expensive?

Or is it that you haven’t prioritized it?

Or that you don’t currently have the funds allocated for it?

Or that you still see health, healing, or wellness support as a cost, instead of an investment in the very thing that makes everything else in your life possible, your wellbeing?

Or have you absorbed the cultural script that anything related to nourishment, prevention, personal growth, or healing is “too much,” while never questioning what you spend elsewhere?

Because here’s the thing…if you haven’t connected that your body, your energy, and your nervous system are your greatest assets, then everything designed to support and elevate them will look like an unnecessary expense.

And when health feels optional, the price of disease becomes inevitable.

Now, let’s bring this back to your health and wellness business.

If you’re in the health and wellness industry, you’ve heard it:

“That cleanse is so expensive.”
“I can’t afford those sessions.”
“Maybe next month.”
“I need to think about it.”

Meanwhile, the same people saying that are:

• Upgrading phones every year
• Buying designer activewear to look the part, not feel the part
• Spending thousands on Botox, fillers, and hair extensions
• Drinking $7 coffees daily without blinking
• Booking holidays to escape their life instead of changing it

It’s never been about money.

It’s about what people value.

And society has conditioned people to value image, convenience, and instant gratification over the one thing that determines the quality of their life: Their health.

Expensive isn’t a number, it’s a hierarchy of priorities.

Your offers aren’t “too much.”
They’re simply not aligned with someone who still sees wellness as optional.

Your work is for the people who understand:

• Prevention is cheaper than cure
• Healing is cheaper than repeating patterns
• Nervous system work is cheaper than burnout
• Conscious living is cheaper than disease
• Investing in themselves is cheaper than ignoring the truth

Those people don’t need convincing.

They don’t debate price.
They ask when they can begin.

Your job as a health and wellness professional is not to convince, justify, explain and defend.

Your job is to get your work in front of people who value vitality, longevity, and agency, people who understand that investing in their body, energy, and wellbeing yields a lifetime return.

Because here’s what’s actually really fu***ng expensive: Not healing, not taking care of your health, waiting until your body forces you to listen.

The right clients know this.

And they don’t say “I can’t afford it.”

They say, “How can I make this work?”

With love and gratitude,
Dayan

Ps. Photo post my 1:1 polarity session where I sobbed for nearly an hour, and had to take a pic after to post with my post session post in our private fb group as part of the work I’m doing to accept myself as I am without trying to manipulate how others will perceive me.

One of the things I hear most mamas share with me is how hard it is to practice self-care and fill their cup.

They are constantly running households, holding space for meltdowns, doing it all and often burning themselves out in the process.

And I get it because I’ve been there. If you grew up seeing your mom put herself last, it’s gonna take some time to break this inherited unhealthy habit.

Here are my TOO 3 go to things I do (they’re free too) when I can’t find the space, childcare to get a break and fill my cup:

1. Breathe! Yes, 5–5-7! Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5, and exhale for 7. You can do it anymore and this helps your nervous system calm down so you can feel more grounded, more mental clarity and a boost of energy.

2. Look for 3 things you are grateful for and if you struggle with this one, think of what you would be devasted, heart broken to lose. We take so much for granted when we are not in the best state of mind but thankfully, when we start counting all our blessings, instantly shift our energy.

3. Move your body! Our bodies were meant to move. Play music and dance, or go for a walk, or stretch. There is so much inner wisdom in a body that moves waiting to be released.

Try one or try all, a little bit every day compounds and it helps you fill your cup especially on those days when it feels impossible to catch a breather.

Did you find these helpful or am I just crazy?

Are you feeling stuck?

Like in your health, finances, relationships, life in general?

If so, stick with me for a moment…

Imagine transforming your finances, health and relationships etc. because you weren’t “too embarrassed” or “scared” to put yourself out there and let the world know you have something that can positively transform their lives too?

When you join me, I help you remove those blocks, as long as you want to let them go (you’d be surprised how many people want to hold on to the blocks), and shift into the identity of the woman who has the life they dream of.

This is what is missing in lots of awesome and incredible online money making opportunities; the inner work required to get you to create the results, outcomes, you desire.

And this is why so many people fail their online money making gigs, because they don’t have the support, most don’t even know they need that support to be honest, to achieve success.

You could have the perfect roadmap to create success but if you’re not someone who takes action, or has too many internal “blocks,” nervous system doesn’t feel safe to expand and receive and hold the money, incredible relationships, health, etc., no s**t you’re not gonna put yourself out there or do so authentically.

This week I supported several women take leaps of faith into their next level self and I’m looking to support 3 more in before thanksgiving!

If you’re not a time waster, you truly want to transform your life (finances, relationships, improve your health, and more), are all in to do what it takes, then you know what to do.

With so much love and gratitude,
Dayan

What if improving your health could also change your finances?

This week, I watched women do both, and it started with one decision.

Are you ready to be her?

No 9-5 can pay me enough money to give up time with my children. Time is something we never get back and from what I’ve studied, researched, and have lived, I understand that child development is the most important phase of a humans life, which will shape the trajectory of their life. I value being a present mama, being able to give my children a secure attachment and happy healthy life. I also love being able to have financial freedom and independence to do and have what I desire and want. I found a way to be able to have all that, giving my family better health, decreasing our carbon footprint, and so much more! And I’ve been helping families who value health, freedom of choice, conscious living, raising healthy and confident resilient adults do the same.

If you’d like to see if this is something aligned with your values, send me a DM and I’ll be happy to share more!

Would you be open to taking a look at what I’ve been doing that allows me to be a present stay at home mama whilst being financially independent?

Oh my goodness!

My first wild village festival and I’m feeling so much gratitude. I also feel a desire to share so much of what unfolded but also want to just hold it in my heart and being for now. If you’ve not made it there yet, you must check it out if you’re all about health and wellness (yes, a festival with no booze or drugs), sisterhood, fun, nature, conscious living, dancing, singing, being your wild self.

I’ll pop info in comments for you!

For now, back to integrating and processing.

With so much love and gratitude,
Dayan

Ps. For everyone I got to experience this with, thank you! 🙏💜

My first wild village festival. I feel so much gratitude for being able to experience this and all that unfolded. How often do you get to camp (or glamp for me) for 4 days kid free to fill your cup up, be in sisterhood (women only) no drugs or booze, just pure being present? Noriza is such a beautiful soul who brought this vision to life (she’s brought many other beautiful visions to life too, like the motherhood gathering I have been so grateful to experience with my babies 3 times already). It’s happening again next year so follow to stay up to date and not miss out.

You coming next year

To the “procrastinator,” the one who’s always “tired,” the who doesn’t “have time,” or “can’t afford it.”

You say you want change, but your actions tell a different story.
You say you want more money, more ease, more confidence, better health, [fill in the blank].

But you aren’t taking action.

Let me explain what’s going on so you can finally change this if you really want what you say you want (you may not really want it and that's fine, keep reading so you can own this).

Let me just say, we’re all busy as f*ck. I get it. I mean, I’ve got a neurodivergent family, no village to provide hands on support, a FIFO husband, and then you throw in trying to prioritise yourself and your health, it’s a lot.

But if you’re running on empty, everything else eventually falls apart.

I’ve been there more than I'd like to have been.

The real problem?

Let’s talk about them…

Let’s start with priorities. If someone followed you around 24/7 for a week, what would they see? Be honest with yourself. Do you feel that nudge in your stomach? Intuition? Shame? Something? If not, it could be that you’re all good but you also wouldn’t be reading this post because your life would be so perfect it wouldn’t shown up in your feed.

Do you now see where you need to make changes?

I don’t believe it’s about procrastination, tiredness, or laziness. That’s surface-level and unfortunately, something we as a society have normalized to accept as "just how it is." A cop out if you will. Those excuses might have been cute in high school, but let's get real...how old are you now? And still running the same patterns?

It’s old programming. You’re still operating from an identity that no longer serves the life, bank account, health, and relationships you say you want.

Then there are the core wounds from which that programming evolved for survival.

The fear of judgment. The fear of failure. The fear of success. Not trusting yourself to hold what you desire because you’re already struggling with what you’re holding right now.

And let’s be honest, your nervous system doesn’t feel safe to hold it. So it’s easier to pull out those outdated excuses, call it a day, and keep settling for the life you have now, even though your soul has been screaming for more.

You can feel it in your chest, that ache that won’t go away. Your body keeps score when your soul is ignored.

Here’s the thing…you can keep living with your head in the sand and pretending the pain isn’t there, but it’s building.

No matter how much you numb out or avoid it, no matter how many band-aid fixes you dress up as holistic health, as long as you’re focused on everyone else’s business but your own, the pain builds up and eats away your soul.

It shows up as health symptoms, ruptures in your relationships, panic attacks. And it will keep eating you alive until you have "another breakdown," or another moment where you "draw a line in the sand" and swear this time will be different.

But unless you get real with yourself, tell yourself the real truth, and commit to do the real inner work, you’ll keep repeating the same cycle. And repeating the same thing expecting a different result you know, is insanity.

Maybe you don't really want what you say you want and but again, just feel fear judgment so you just stick with that other story saying you do want x, y, z and you wrap it around with excuses as to why you don't have it or made it happen yet...instead of just owning that you don't want that for yourself.

I get it. I’ve been there. And every time I find myself slipping back, because I’m human, I come back to my WHY, double down on my commitment, and take action. Whether it’s getting support with my nervous system, relationships, or unhealed patterns, I do the work. I prioritise what is most important and proceed as if success is inevitable.

And what most people see?

Just the end results, the trips, the fun, the achievements. But this is what it takes and if anyone else sales you something that claims to give you quick success without any work, then you just run for the hills.

All jokes aside though, curious when are you going to stop playing small and finally listen to your soul’s call? You only have one life to live.

What do you think your loved ones who have passed would say to you about how you are living your life right now?

Let me know when you are done playing small and all in to actually start creating the life you truly desire.

With so much love and compassion,
Dayan

The Woman Behind Luv n Health

Hello!

I’m Dayan, a normal (but hungry) woman who simply believed there had to be more to life and refused to settle.

You see, I was born in Mexico but my parents emigrated to the United States when I was 6 months old to give me a better life. I was then raised in Oakland, California (yes rated #5 of Americas most dangerous cities), so I had to grow up tough and inevitably super determined to give my children a better life than what I lived through.

I was the first in my family to go to college (university for those outside the US), study abroad (Sevilla, Spain), all with the help of scholarships and financial aid, and lots of hours applying for this help, and graduate.
