A custom sized end table to suit a clients request. Lots of fun making this one with a distressed/whitewash finish.
Stix recently perfected the joins on the end tables to eliminate nails or screws and this one is the first commercial one with zero metal fixings 👍

Stix delivered this unique dining table. A very dark stain and then sanded back to reveal the grain 🤩

A customer needed a certain sized side table.
Stix has rescued timber from an old built in bookcase to custom build this side table 600 long x 600 tall x 200mm depth.
The finish is a baltic stain and then a satin clear for protection.

3D sunflower carving turned out nice 👍

Round, glass-topped dining table accommodating four people. Showcases a uniquely designed timber base made from salvaged, old-growth Douglas Fir timber. $350. Chairs not included.

Stix had some leftover timber from a coffee table and made these tealight candle holders for a friend 👍

Stix went on a mission to find nice thick baltic pine for a headphones stand requested by Scott.
Managed to divert an old broken table from landfill and repurpose it. This piece has an interesting origin story, the timber used was originally salvaged from London and brought to Perth for furniture making. The resulting dining table hosted meals for a couple of generations.
The timber has a deep and warm patina and the character of very old baltic pine.

Natalie requested a matching pair of sofa end tables.
Stix sourced the timber from an old bookcase that was destined for the rubbish tip and then used water based finishes to complete the project.

Rustic side unit that can be used as end table for a sofa or as a really handy shelf unit in toilet or bathroom.
Hand crafted by me from re-purposed timbers.
