Each contemporary piece is truly one of a kind, celebrating Noongar culture and expressing a deep connection to Country, seasons, story, and identity.

Hello Perth Designers!

We're looking for an experienced, creative full-time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We are a family-owned business and in our 24th year.

Our design and print studio is fast-paced and focused on producing high-quality work across a broad commercial scale—including design, print, packaging, and various digital media. We also service a large industry of a sensitive nature that requires our team to show a high level of care, empathy, and cultural awareness.

We are looking for a designer with proven industry experience to handle a diverse range of projects. Our client base is multicultural, and the role includes work involving many cultures, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander design and storytelling. Because of the cultural nature and sensitivity of these specific projects, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.

Skills Required

Previous industry experience in a professional design environment is essential.

Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

A strong combination of artistic skills, creativity, and a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients, other designers, and the print room.

Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

The ability to show care and sensitivity to our clients, particularly when working on topics of a personal or community-focused nature.

Experience in print design and production is highly regarded.

Lived experience, a deep understanding or willingness to learn Indigenous protocols and visual storytelling, alongside an appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives.

Our Studio and print room features state-of-the-art technology, giving you the opportunity to see your work produced in-house through specialist applications. We are a progressive, fast-growing business that values our team and supports growth and exploration.

Note: This position is based onsite at our Perth studio and cannot accommodate work-from-home requests. Applicants must have full, permanent working rights in Australia.
