Thanks to Volvo Group for hosting the spectacular launch of the all-new Volvo BZR Electric BCI Cruiser at the Sydney National Bus & Coach Conference a few weeks ago.

The event marked the official unveiling of a new generation of zero-emission coach travel, showcasing a premium 51-seat electric coach with flexible specification options, Volvo's most advanced safety technologies, and the strength, elegance and distinctive styling of the BCI Cruiser body, for the first time built on an EV chassis.

Presented jointly by the Management and Engineering teams from Volvo Australia and BCI at the Volvo stand, the launch attracted strong interest from bus operators, industry leaders, partners and the wider public. It was fantastic to see so many people experience firsthand the future of sustainable coach transport.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us—we look forward to seeing the Volvo BZR Electric BCI Cruiser on Australian roads soon.

Thanks to the the BCI Sales Team, our customers and partners for their participation in the 2026 Australasia Bus & Coach Conference celebrated in Sydney. Our factory engineers also visited us in our stand, where we displayed several BCI models, including the recently unveiled Volvo BZR EV with a BCI Cruiser coach body. It's been a great show and we hoped all of you have enjoyed it as much as we did!

Thanks to Bus WA Association for organizing another successful Bus Conference in 2026, we had the opportunity to gather with our clients, suppliers and industry colleagues, and also display some of our buses range at Ascot Racecourse: two BCI Cruisers with Scania & Volvo chassis (in WA School Bus & Mining specifications variant), a BCI Proma with disabled passengers access via side lift contract-awarded by WA Department of Education, and a BCI Fleetmaster EV which will be shortly operational in a zero emission fleet transition in the South West. We hope everybody had a two fruitful days of WA industry insight & networking, looking forward to seeing you all again in Perth in 2027!

Thanks to Mt Gambier Bus Lines for their acquisition of a new Volvo B8R BCI Cruiser school bus 57 seater. BCI shall continue supporting your business and hopes this vehicle fits in well into the South Australian operator's fleet.

BCI innovates in extraordinary island order BCI had to pull out all the stops for Pinnacle Travel Group and Quokka Coaches’ latest order to a popular WA tourist hotspot

Congratulations to Sid Foggs Coaches for their new generation Scania K500 6x2 chassis BCI Explorer 13.5 m coach, equipped with 54 reclining McConnell client-tailored trimmed seats, wheelchair accessibility and toilet. A second unit will be shortly delivered. Thanks to Sidd Foggs for their support to our business!

Congratulations to Cornerstone College in South Australia for their recent acquisition of a new Scania K320 with a BCI Cruiser school bus body. The vehicle is equipped with Coachair AC, 57 leather trim seats, Fleet Support 360 degrees cameras and school lights. We really appreciate Cornerstone College continuous support to our business, being this bus their fourth BCI in the last 2 years.
