Thank you to everyone who attended the first Futurenet breakfast of the year at The Melbourne Hotel, Perth; we were almost at capacity with 98 attendees! As part of the New York convention, an arbitration hearing held in an international institution allows the award to be enforced no matter whether the parties company or assets are held locally or internationally.
A hearing within a local court does not necessarily give you a home advantage as the award from a local court cannot be enforced beyond Australia.
