Lovely little repair job using pink Multi-finish.
The client removed the existing archway due to..... probably cracking your head when using the stairway.
Once dry this finish can be sealed and painted, usually around 3 days.

Also completed the side boundary pier and panel.

Something a bit different In this Bathroom renovation.
Cement rendered float coat completed ready for tiling.
The curved wall took some time, but an awesome outcome in the end. This creates extra space and a feature wall to boot.

Impact repair from a driver who fell asleep at the wheel. No casualties luckily.
Grey sand finish render to a Colonial style pier with a 3 step corbel.
I surprise myself sometimes 😁👍

Another pier & panel constructed front boundary wall completed to day. Cement render base coat, sealed with 2 coats of Dulux acra prime then finished with a top coat of Dulux Acra-tex Coventry coarse tinted to Surf mist and troweled to a uniform finish.
The client was very happy with the final result.

Last job of the year. It's been a busy time and January is almost fully booked. Going to take a couple of weeks off over the festive season to rest my weary bones and recuperate with a bit of camping down south.

Grey render sand finish to this boundary wall as well as the double brick retainer that it's sitting on, including brick staircase walls and balustrade. Twas a mission but got there in the end. The client is over the moon with the finished results.
Just needs to cure over a period of a few weeks and will be ready to seal and paint.
