For years, I saw my brain aneurysm at 15 as something that simply happened to me.
A random, frightening medical event.
But over time, and through my studies of Ayurveda, I began to see something different.
I began to wonder: what if the body is always communicating?
What if fatigue, digestive issues, skin flare-ups, anxiety, recurring patterns and symptoms aren’t simply inconveniences to silence, but signals asking us to pay attention?
