3 story house, 2nd story roof completed in Mandurah !
Challenging job from Spadaccini Homes, but as usual we like a challenge. Some hard long days days went into this and the finished result speaks for itself

This was a fun job, something a little different to keep me on my toes.

Some shop fit outs we did over the year, some different styles of roofing with Tasmanian Oak and Cedar shingles.
If you ever walk past a duck and dumpling in any of the major shopping centres, Carousel, Whitfords, Booragoon, Midland, Mirrabooka, Ellenbrook, take a moment to appreciate the craftsmanship.

Nice little deck extension with a timber screen to give some extra privacy for the owner's Damien and Susan. After a good strip, clean and a couple of new coats of oil this deck/ screen came out look mint ! 👌

Nice removable dance floor built and ready to go over the pool, looking forward to the night when all the lights are on !

By far one of the biggest merbau timber decks I've done and it had it's challenges.
Demolition / fixing of old dodgy deck and frame work.
Set up timber frame for picture frame decking.
Picture frame perimeter cut and fixed.
All filled in with secret clip merbau decking boards.
Step frames built and boarded.

Nice little area that needed a fresh new look, deck, ramp and new balustrade with screens. Charlie and Dennis are very happy with the work !

Something a little different, new work bench made for about half the price of a brand new one.

Out with the old in with the new, another happy couple in two rocks.
Nice clean finish with secret fixings, this deck will look great once it's oiled up 👌
