🏆 From the Field to Liyan: How Sport Shaped My Journey 🏆

Looking at these trophies, I’m reminded of where my drive, passion, and resilience truly began. Growing up, sports weren't just a hobby for me—they were a way of life.

From pushing through the final laps to be named Championship Girl in swimming, to pouring my heart out on the court and field to earn Fairest & Best player awards, and celebrating those unforgettable grand final wins with my teammates—every single moment taught me something invaluable.

Sport gave me more than just medals; it gave me a deep understanding of health, well-being, and a powerful sense of self-confidence. It’s a feeling I honestly couldn't live without, and it continues to motivate me in absolutely every area of my life today.

That exact energy, dedication, and connection to wellness is what inspired me to create Liyan. Through my business, I want to channel that same drive into contemporary lifestyle products that promote health, inner strength, and well-being for everyone who brings them into their lives.

The court and the pool may have been my starting line, but building Liyan is the ultimate grand final. Thank you all for being part of this beautiful journey! 💚✨

Just got home from an amazing holiday in Singapore 🇸🇬✨

One thing we were so glad we packed? Our Liyan Travel Towels.

Singapore's humid weather can mean things take a while to dry, but our travel towels were ready to go again in no time. Whether we were cooling off by the pool, exploring Sentosa, or freshening up after a day of sightseeing, they dried quickly and never felt bulky to carry around.

The best part? They folded up so small in our suitcases, leaving plenty of room for all the treasures and souvenirs we brought home!
