We’re ready to step away from fine-dining, and transform Billie H into a relaxed-yet-luxe wine bar for locals, with great food and genuine service. This is a fantastic opportunity to flex your creativity and imprint your vision on this new chapter for Billie H.
We’re seeking a passionate, wine-loving professional, who is able to run all aspects of the kitchen from costings, ordering and maintaining the day to day running of operation. We will offer an attractive salary for the right candidate.

Skills and experience we are looking for
Proven working experience as a Head Chef
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Working knowledge of new food trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Strong leadership and effective communication skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Experience with budgeting of food costs, menu costing, and wages
Strong work ethic and highly motivated
Excellent organisational skills
