The focus for the week, IVMS (Integrated Vehicle Monitoring System) and Fatigue management modules being installed in to the fleet.

Finished up with fitting a power distribution for the caravan accessories along with tidying up the wires with our 3D printed cable guide designed.

Home away from home.

Today we carried out some digger repairs on the service arm due to the wiring being ripped off.

Troubleshoot, repairs and rewire.

It’s not all wires here.

We have been getting busy fitting some new hydraulic hoses to one of the fleets 637K scrappers.

Nothing beats some preventative maintenance.

I won’t lie, the one under the hitch had me cursing but we got the job done.

Caterpillar 637K harness rehab work. Removing the old warn harnesses and installation with the new harness ensuring no issues for the many projects yet to come.

This is something we have been working on. A few little things to finish off and this camper is ready to travel Aus.

Please note: the major equipment placement/mounting was pre-existing and not originally installed by WIRED BY RIC. We’re currently finalising the system, including additional ventilation and heat management for optimal airflow and performance.
