With the staircase installation underway and more of the timber detailing coming together, the home is starting to reveal the warmth and material palette that will define the finished result.

Designed by Daniel Cassettai and currently under construction by the Hampel Stephens Developments team, Como Terrace is starting to reveal the details that make this project so special.
From the curved architectural forms and generous glazing to the warm material palette and considered interiors, these homes balance contemporary design with a softer, more natural feel.
Stay tuned as construction continues and Como Terrace takes shape.

Coastal inspiration, reimagined for modern living.
Red Fish House draws on the charm of the classic Australian beach house, combining weatherboard detailing with clean lines, generous spaces and an easy connection between indoors and out.
Featuring Linea™ Weatherboard, the façade uses strong shadow lines and simple detailing to add depth, character and a contemporary coastal feel.

The Bradshaw celebrates a beautiful mix of materials.
Recycled face brick brings warmth, texture and character into the heart of the home, balancing the industrial feel of the dark cabinetry and clean architectural lines.
Combined with the oversized stone island, layered lighting and warm timber tones, the space feels inviting, functional and designed for entertaining family and friends.

Material selection played a defining role in shaping the atmosphere of this Manning home.
Natural textures and soft timber tones bring warmth and calm, layered with travertine finishes, curved detailing and refined custom joinery that add depth, softness and subtle movement throughout the space.
From the sculptural kitchen island to the considered textures and tonal palette, every detail was chosen to create a family home that is welcoming and grounded.

From factory floors to future-focused materials, our team spent the week exploring Phase 2 of the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, one of the world’s largest trade exhibitions for building and construction.
With more than 2.2 million products showcased across the event, it was an opportunity to connect directly with manufacturers, discover emerging materials, and stay ahead of what’s shaping the future of residential building.
From natural stone and flooring to architectural windows, cladding systems and smart building solutions, every conversation and showroom visit was about finding better ways to build homes that feel considered, functional and built to last.
A valuable week of sourcing, learning and refining the details that continue to shape our homes here in Perth.
