As founders of Utility Management Solutions (UMS), when we were growing up, we were always taught the value of money. In particular, never waste a dollar and always look for ways to save. A dollar in your pocket is better than a dollar in someone else's. When we were faced with the daily occurrence of witnessing first hand how wasteful commercial properties are with water, we knew we could help. So we formed Utility Management Solutions (UMS) and set out to help the owners and managers of these properties reduce water consumption by reviewing water fixtures, analysing water reduction options and their payback periods, implementing recommendations and taking over water management of entire facilities.
