We've been in Adelaide this week, meeting and greeting some superstar Bartenders in the best venues in town, learning about how to make our Bar Better.
Flying back this morning but I'm having some post holiday blues and missing my little dog. Frisk won't be open today (Wednesday) as planned - but I'll be rested and recharged for you Thursday with loads of stories to tell. See you soon Perth!

TFW you have a holiday coming up!!
We are heading to a Bartending Conference in Adelaide next weekend to meet with contemporaries from all over the country to chat and learn new skills to bring back to Frisk.
Will be closed Sunday 14th to fly over for a few days to nerd out on bar craft and have a couple of nights out with some other Hospo legends.
This week has been IMMENSE, so a timely break it seems. Shout out to all the visitors and helpers this week!

The Tommys joins the Negroni as another THREE INGREDIENT PERFECTION of flavour combos ever created by human hand.
We use quality aged Reposado Tequila, a lick of smoky Mezcal, the ooh la la of Green Chartreuse, Salt and Agave - not the classic 3 ingredients, but we wanted to be a bit extra.
This beats the Negroni in sales every week. RIP
