ANZAC Day 2024 🫡

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Today is the third and final day of Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the month of Ramadan for muslims.

This year Eid and Ramadan have been marked by sorrow for many in the community due to the conflict in Gaza. I too have shed tears over what I have seen on Instagram.

But the conflict in Gaza is not about muslims alone. It’s about humanity as a whole and how we treat each other. What kind of a world do we want to leave behind for the next generations?

May you have a blessed and peaceful Eid.

With love and light,
Eman

Cr Eman Seif JP - City of Wanneroo Dear residents of Alexander Heights, Girrawheen, Koondoola and Marangaroo.

Together we are the suburbs of 6064.

For too long, our suburbs have been taken for granted. I believe 6064 has been given lower priority than that of some of the other suburbs in the City of Wanneroo.

We deserve to feel just as SAFE and SECURE in our homes and public spaces.

We deserve the same standard of parks and playgrounds.

We deserve protection of our bushlands and trees.

We deserve the same road safety.

We deserve the same reliable electricity and mobile networks.

We deserve the same quality of local shopping, community and sporting centres.

I grew up in Koondoola and have a long-standing and heartfelt connection to the area and surrounding suburbs. Over the last 40 years I have noticed our suburbs not receiving the attention needed. I believe in our suburbs and am renovating in Koondoola, not to sell, but to keep.

Alexander Heights and Marangaroo need more amenities. Koondoola Plaza and Girrawheen Hub need to be upgraded.

I want to know your ideas and promise to fight hard for what you needs.

I will keep you updated with what is happening in our area. Your issues are my issues.

I have a business background and Post Graduate degree in Business, which means I understand budgets and know how to fight for funds.

I care, I listen and I promise to be a strong voice representing you.

Together 6064 we can have a better future. I'll work hard to make our suburbs as safe place that brings enjoyment for those who live here.

Thank you!

Eman Seif
