We expect to hear ‘Brando’ reflect on his role in coordinating the response to the crisis, his perspective of the key attributes in the leadership team above him that helped steer us through this and what resilience tools he relied on to help him through a pretty hectic month.
We will also chat about what sort of leadership is required going forward as we return to workplaces that may look a little different to what we have known.
