I love this book! It’s been a year or two since we bought it, but I’ve never gotten the chance to actually apply the concepts in it. With two little ones in the house, all my free time is spent with them and my husband. Who actually taught me how to make great sourdough is my sister - she’s always patient with my questions and helps me based on the steps I’ve made. I can certainly say if you know someone who makes sourdough bread, learn from them! ♥️ Thank you
