Easy Graham Mango Float Recipe
Ingredients:
2 x 250ml Chilled All Purpose Cream
1 x 395ml Condensed Milk
1 tspn Vanilla Extract or Essence
1 x 340ml Evaporated Milk
2 pieces ripe Mango
1 pack of Crushed Graham Honey Crackers
Procedure:
1. Whip lang ang all-purpose cream with condensed milk and vanilla extract until you reach the right peak, but do not over-whip, otherwise it will become lumpy. Tapos set aside muna natin.
2. Cut the mangoes. 1 piece in cubes or slices and the other piece is mashed(puree) with 1 can evaporated milk. If you have a blender blend the mango meat with the evaporated milk. Tapos set aside ulit.
3. Assembly time. Depende na sayo at sa laki ng container nyo po.
In order:
- Cream
- Creamy mashed mango puree
- Crushed Graham
- Cream ulit
- Dust with crushed Graham Crackers
- Final step toppes with the mango cubes or mango slices.
4. Chill or Freeze. If frozen it can last for 2-3months soft naman xa parang ice cream kaya madali lang kainin.
