48 trimdek roof and walls along with fibreglass skylights from Laserlite and full length Ridge vent from Arcadia, its came up a treat,

What a transformation out at Hotel 190 in Northam for our friends at Linkbuild. 800m2 of corrugated roof sheeting replaced with new,

Great job by everyone in the team who chipped in on this and overcame a mountain of challenges including the steep roof pitch, old rusty sheets and as northam is well known for the pigeons!

Huge shout out to Rushy who was our boots on the roof leading the way from day one all the way through to the finish,

📍 St Ives Carine Retirement Village, Carine

Stage 2 of the St Ives Carine Retirement Village is a premium, multi-storey development in Perth’s northern suburbs, forming part of a thoughtfully master-planned community designed for comfortable, independent living.

Roofeze was engaged to supply and support the roofing solution for this stage of the project, delivering a system engineered to meet the architectural intent while providing durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance. Built to suit Perth’s coastal conditions and fully compliant with Australian standards, this roofing solution supports the ongoing operational needs of a high-quality retirement living environment.

Sometimes a project just needs more hands, and at Roofeze we know teamwork is how it gets done. Even the office boys were up on the roof getting stuck in to help push this one over the line in time for our client. Massive cheers to the lads for jumping on site, pitching in, and making sure the job got done on time.

📍Brabham Tavern

Alongside@utopiaconstructionfitout, we are working on the Brabham Tavern Project. These photos show the process from the very beginning, starting with measuring the steel structure to ensure everything is to the correct dimensions, through to the arrival of the roof sheets lifted into place by crane. From there, it’s all steady progress as the roof comes together.

📍Tranby College Childcare, Baldivis

Roofeze was engaged to deliver the roofing and wall cladding package for the Tranby College Childcare development. Our scope included the supply and installation of high-quality roof and wall cladding systems designed to meet the durability, safety, and aesthetic requirements of an early learning environment.

Working closely with the builder and project team, we ensured the building envelope was delivered to a high standard, providing long-term weather protection, thermal performance, and a clean architectural finish that complements the broader Tranby College campus. The project was completed with a strong focus on quality workmanship, compliance, and timely delivery within an active education setting.

The Roofeze team will be taking a well-earned break from 23 December to 11 January, reopening Monday 12 January.
