965 Beaufort Street is buzzing again. Conversation rolling through the dining room, glasses clinking in the courtyard. This Euro-centric bistro will settle nicely into the neighbourhood.

A cracking cheeseburger with béarnaise, made to share. Swordfish cotoletta with bouillabaisse. A French take on mac and cheese.

David Pille has shaped Bistro Massilia, breathing new life into the space for owners Mark and Kylee Cecchi. In the kitchen, Chef Matt Mills steps into his first head chef role, while the drinks program is led by Trent Everitt on wine and Shirley Yeung on cocktails.
