19 weeks ( yes 19 ! ) to build 9 holes including 10 new greens, a brand-new irrigation system to all tees, greens and surrounds, drainage, concrete cart paths throughout, seed greens, solid turf
grassing to aprons and tees, stolonised fairways and grow-in !

( they were also handicapped immensely with torrential rains ! )
