Post-partum food tastes so good! In hospital my first lunch was spinach and ricotta ravioli. I've heard people complain about hospital food but damn.... I ate that bad boy up and the choccy milk too ๐Ÿ˜‹

International yoga day! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ
I LOVE yoga, I've been doing it regularly since my teens, I have attended classes in different cities, different styles and under many different teachers. It all started with a book I borrowed from the library 'yoga positions for musicians' all about how different poses can help free the diaphragm and increase Lung capacity and over all flexibility to help you play your instruments better. Not that I could play anything at the time ๐Ÿ˜† but I memorised that book and its simple sun salutation. All through my pregnancy I attended 2 classes a week which really helped me prepare for birth. It's not simply about exersize or even stretching it's a way to help those with busy minds quiet down for an hour and focus entirely on their body, their breath and how they feel. ๐Ÿ˜
