Have you noticed a flat spot on your babies head or are you just looking at ways to prevent this, well this one’s for you👆🏽

Tummy time - on your chest, in a football hold, on the change table, on a fitball or on a mat.

Changing sides when giving them a bottle or even when you are needing to clear a burp.

Most of the time your baby will look towards you when they are sleeping, so if they have a flat spot consider swapping which side of the cot they are in.
