* an entree choice of Potato Pear & Truffle Soup w/ Truffled Rarebit Toasts, or Truffled Duck Liver parfait with cucumber pickle & toast.

*Main choice is Prime Stirling Ranges Ribeye steak with Truffle Jus, Shaved Truffle & truffled Mash, or Panfried Parmesan Gnocchi with Confit of Duck, Mushroom, Mascarpone & Truffle.

Big steak tartare fan and love the version on The Corner Dairy new Winter menu 🥰 Stirling Ranges Beef sirloin, capers, gherkins, cured egg yolk, au poivre mayo, shoestring fries. Such a tasty combo of flavours - the welcome pickley taste in the tartare from the gherkins and capers, salty goodness from the fries and some spice from the peppery mayo. Deeeelish! And that white pork ragu pasta and this hibachi prawns and that new salad - all wonderful!
