Sustainable offices have arrived at our Malaga workshop ☀️

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we have now completed phase 1 of our energy and infrastructure upgrade at our Malaga workshop thanks to TCD Civil Construction. Two smart infrastructure transportable buildings, integrated with a 24kWh battery system and 24 515W solar panels, have been purpose-built for RJV's operational needs.

Designed to work with the energy system, their high thermal efficiency enables a compact, efficient off-grid setup. The solar installation is expected to generate around 20,000kWh annually (~54kWh/day) - ample surplus to also power the site's southern domes and ablution facilities. Independent testing shows the buildings average 8dBA quieter than a conventional transportable office.

Phase 2 will expand the system with a 200kWh battery and 60 additional solar panels, creating a scalable platform that supports site growth while reducing reliance on diesel power.

Practical completion achieved at Skyfields! 🎉

RJV is proud to have completed our scope at Skyfields by Perth Airport - our first project with this new client. Located in the West South (Dunreath Green) precinct, the early works spanned approximately 26 hectares within the Airport Estate, preparing the site for future commercial and industrial development.

Our scope covered clearing and topsoil removal, processing and management of topsoil, removal of excess vegetation offsite, and site stabilisation. The precinct is now fully stabilised and ready for follow-on works.

RJV is pleased to have secured new stages across several residential estates with our valued development partners:
🔹 Lakelands Stage 75 and Elavale Stage 11 Civil both for Peet Communities, and
🔹 Eglinton Village Stage 7 Civil and Henley Brook Stage 6 for Cedar Woods

Building on the recently announced new stages at the Claravale and Henley Brook residential estates, we're pleased to share that RJV has secured additional works across four more projects:
- Treeby North: BEW Stage 2 and Stage 3 Civil for Perron - commenced May
- Wellard Farms: Stage 1, Phase 2 BEW for Stockland - commenced May
- Bletchley Park: Stage VL6 for Urban Quarter - commencing June
- East of the Beach: Central Precinct Stage 3 for Prime Eglinton - commencing June

Henley Brook Stage 5 has achieved practical completion!

Congratulations to our Henley Brook team on a superb practical completion inspection for Stage 5. The stage presented immaculately with the City of Swan praising the finish. Feedback like this is a credit to the care and consistency our crew brings to every stage of delivery.

These aerials show strong housing construction progress across the first stages 2-4 since RJV's completion of civils works, which first commenced back in 2023. With Stage 6 civils now awarded, Henley Brook by Cedar Woods is shaping up nicely as another bustling lifestyle community in Perth’s east.

We have added a fourth fuel cell to our fleet with a 65,000 litre capacity.

The fuel cell is providing additional storage to manage uncertainty in fuel supply and ensure we remain fully operational in support of our clients.
