Hot on the heels of commencing civil infrastructure Stages 5A and 5B, RJV has now been awarded Stage 6 at Claravale The Brook, a new residential estate in Hilbert by Parcel Property .

Stage 6 works begin this month, and this site is set to become very busy!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Tyrell as Estimating Manager at RJV.

Richard joins us with close to 20 years of experience in the WA construction and infrastructure sector, having held senior estimating leadership roles at Valmec and CORPS Group. His depth of industry knowledge and strong track record in tendering and project delivery will be a great asset to our team.

We look forward to the contribution Richard will make as we continue to grow and deliver for our clients.

Our work at the new 1909 precinct in Subiaco (the former PMH site) is nearing completion!

The project scope covered infrastructure and road networks for six lots, green spaces, a public plaza, and continued restoration of the historic boiler house, while protecting key heritage sites including the Old Outpatients Building and Godfrey House. Works included high-spec landscaping, water features, play areas, shelters, a pavilion, retaining walls, and lighting.

The 1909 development will deliver up to 1,000 dwellings within Subi East, creating a vibrant, community-focused precinct that revitalises Subiaco and supports local economic growth and increased visitation.

We have been thrilled to continue our relationship with DevelopmentWA on this project. It's shaping up to be a fantastic example of urban renewal.

NEW PROJECT!

We’re pleased to announce that RJV has been awarded the High Wycombe residential development project for DevelopmentWA .

Commencing this month, this urban renewal project will include earthworks and remediation, realignment of Sultana Road West to improve access to the High Wycombe Train Station, construction of new roads, and installation of key services, including a new water main along Maida Vale Road.

We look forward to working with DevelopmentWA and stakeholders to help deliver another project that’s revitalising and growing a Perth community.

Project update from Skyfields 🚧

Spanning approximately 26 hectares of Airport Estate land, this project will support future retail and lifestyle opportunities adjacent to the Dunreath Drive precinct. With clearing, mulching, and topsoil stripping now 80% complete, topsoil screening has commenced, and mulch export is due to begin in the coming days.

Great to see strong momentum as we continue to advance early works on this key development.
