Importantly, the only spot to purchase tickets for the show is EventBrite. If you a offered tickets from elsewhere including private sales, you are likely being scammed. Fake tickets will not be honoured at the gates, so please be careful to purchase tickets via the links we provide on this page or on our website.

The Annual General Meeting of the Kelmscott Agricultural Society will be held at the Kelmscott Tennis Club, Cyril Rushton Centre, Kelmscott at 7:30pm on Thursday 25th March 2021.

It is with extreme disappointment that we are writing to you today to inform you that the Hills Rodeo has been cancelled for 2021.

We received advice this week from the Department of Health advising that our event could not proceed as planned due to restrictions that were brought in as part of the changes introduced in January by the Department of Health. The changes to the restrictions had not been communicated out to our committee despite the event being registered on the Department of Health Events website and having received approval from the City of Armadale’s Environmental Health Officers.

The Hills Rodeo event will be cancelled on EventBrite shortly and this will kick off the process of EventBrite refunding the ticket purchases. Any queries about the refund process, please reach out to EventBrite as the ticketing platform.

Washing hands your hands properly is extremely important. He is some advice from Department of Health.

We will have signage up at handwashing stations / toilets making sure that everyone is doing their part to keep us safe.

Our patrons Health & Safety is at the forefront of our planning for the event. Please follow the posted advice.

Remember to keep practising good personal hygiene by washing hands often with soap and water, or hand sanitiser and covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.

We can’t wait for our rodeo on 20th March where we will have competitors of all ages competing for prize money.

Thanks to all those who sent in your entries. Our committee loved the effort that all the artists went to in their designs.

Whilst we haven't chosen any of the designs to become the event logo, we are working to recreate Edith's design for our 2021 merchandise for the event.

Congratulations Edith. We will be in touch to award you your family pass to the event. We will also be providing a free entry ticket to each of the other entrants as a consolation prize.
