If I could only get one thing from our range for breastfeeding, it would be silverettes.

I used these in late pregnancy when I used the wrong size fl**ge and damaged my ni**le, right after I had baby postpartum and 1 year later as well - they have served me well and most people LOVE these!

What would be your number 1 breastfeeding must have?

The fourth trimester is the first 12 weeks postpartum (or after birth). An amazing, special, but often vulnerable time of adjustment, healing, and connection.

It often looks like:
• Frequent feeding and little sleep
• A strong need for closeness from your baby
• Physical recovery from birth
• Emotional ups and downs

Remember this is not a time to “bounce back” and neither should that be your mindset. The focus should be on being present in these beautiful moments with your new baby and embracing parenthood, which will help you to gently ease into this new chapter. 🩷

If I could only get one thing from our range for birth, it would be *surpise surpise* a TENS machine.

I have never and I would never give birth without a TENS machine and I genuinely rate them so much!

Our electrodes have been intentionally designed by us with labour and birth in mind! We wanted them to be of a high quality that would hold up well across multiple uses ⭐️

If I could only get one thing from our range for pregnancy, it would be raspberry leaf tea or capsules.

I beleive it helped me massively to have quick labours and it can also be great to have postpartum for your menstrual cycle too!

P.s. I realised I misspoke a little, it doesn't make your contractions stronger in the way that they hurt more, just stronger in the way it's more effective at helping to move baby down in labour.

You would be surpised how many people return their TENS in a satchel they pay for, only for us to find the return satchel still inside the TENS bag 🙃

We don't want anyone paying again, so something I thought we'd try and get some awareness around 🫶🏼

If you’re in the thick of morning sickness or experiencing a lot of nausea you’re not alone and small changes can often make a big difference in helping to manage these feelings ⭐️

• Eat small, frequent meals as an empty stomach can worsen nausea
• Keep plain snacks nearby like crackers, toast, or rice cakes
• Sip on ginger tea or add fresh ginger to meals
• Stay hydrated with cold water, coconut water, or electrolyte drinks
• Include vitamin B6-rich foods like bananas, chickpeas, and wholegrains
• Avoid strong smells and greasy/spicy foods if they trigger you

And the most important tip, listen to your body! 🩷
