Sometimes you just need to hear the right words at the right moment 💫

Birth affirmations aren't everyone's thing, but if they work for you, they can be a simple way to refocus when labour gets intense.

Repeat them in your head, say them out loud, stick them on the wall or get your birth partner to remind you when you need it most 🌸
