Tonight is a pretty special night for Nash Motorsport. Cody & Bailey’s Grandfather is honoured once again in the Component Specialties Des Nash Memorial. ❤️

3 years ago the boys went 1-2 at. Now it has become the highest paying wingless race in history. 🏆

Without ‘Dessie’ Nash Motorsport wouldn’t exist and our family’s history in the sport is super special to us all.

Goodluck to all the teams competing tonight and we can’t wait to see who takes home the $10k!! 💰🏁

Tonight is Grand Final Night! Back with the Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series to round out season 2025/2026 & the team are looking to finish off strong before a busy off season ahead!

Pretty cool to see that these two little rascals have followed in their Dad’s footsteps, just like they dreamt of doing back in these days.

Cody, now with a son of his own gets the opportunity to give little Jett the same memories Lee was able to do for them. We’ve said it before but Sprintcar Racing is far more than a weekend hobby to our family… it always has been 🏁❤️

Bailey was also lucky enough to have a skid in Lee Redmonds #52 Speedcar last weekend. With no expectations, just a fun opportunity Bailey certainly made the most of it. 🏁

Bailey got the hang of it right out the gate, moving forward every time he hit the track eventually finishing the night with a top 5 on debut.

Bailey was super grateful for the opportunity to jump in the car that Cody drove for two seasons, another cool achievement for the boys. Hopefully it’s the start of more opportunities arising for Bailey’s career! 🙌🏽

Gold Cup Recap! 🏁

Last Saturday Cody & the team contested in their second Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series meeting. After finding a few issues with the car from last week, a very successful Friday night practice, the team were confident we could chase a far better result than last week’s debut.

Qualifying • 8th

Heat 1 • 8th - 6th

Mid Pack Dash • 7th - 3rd

Feature • 15th - 13th

Although we are happy with a top 15 result in the feature it doesn’t reflect the speed we had. Early on Cody made his way up into the top 10. Unfortunately he lost brakes as a yellow came out and headed to the work area to get it sorted. A massive effort from the team got him back out there, starting now from position 23 with 22 laps to run. Cody would eventually make his way back up to 13th claiming a result that although we were on for a far better result early in the feature, we are pleased that we put last weeks debut behind us and got back to what we know we can do. 🏁

Once again, 410 sprintcar racing is ruthless but after Saturday night we showed ourselves & hopefully a few others that we certainly are up for the challenge. 💪🏽
