What's all the Fuzz about?

The surfaces between our muscles grow 'fuzzy' tissue each night. A buildup of fuzzy tissue over a prolonged period creates thicker fibers and causes the potential for restriction in our body's movement.

Bowen Therapy can introduce movement 'manually' to tissues that may have become 'fuzzed' over.
