I could have hired a painter but, I just Blue myself. It's more Blue for less Green.

Left over pizza dough. Obviously I have to make dessert calzone.
Find whatever left over chocolate I have in the cupboard(70% Solomon) Micro plane to create fine shavings for even coverage, then a couple big chunks because I'm a few beers in. In to the for 3 mins.

A double new product announcement!!

We have secured a new source of cocoa beans from Bougainville in PNG.
These beans have an interesting smokey flavour that we've used to make a delicious 70% dark chocolate.

Then for our December "bar of the month" we decided to highlight this smokey flavour in a smooth milk chocolate.

We released these bars a little early over the weekend and both are proving really popular. Remember the milk is a limited run of only 250 bars so get in quick or you'll miss out.

Cabin crew are always willing to help with taste testing new varieties. Everyone else will have to wait until the markets this weekend to get their taste.

Found at the markets today and couldn't help but take home a bottle of their orange infusion gin.

Obviously the orange had me thinking negroni. Booze and chocolate, perfect way to end the weekend.

With some down time at home it's time to do some experimenting. Here is a 700g batch in the test grinder. I'm not going to tell you what it is yet, but trust me there are some fun things coming.

Relatively new to Guildford Willing coffee has quickly become the go to spot for a good coffee, or fantastic banana bread. If you havn't been already be sure to stop by for a brew and grab a bar of chocolate while you're there.
