I help women in perimenopause and menopause sleep again and feel like themselves.

Through gentle breathing and nervous system support, I help calm busy minds, reduce night waking, and bring the body back into rest. My work is grounded in years of experience supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on sleep, breathing, and nervous system regulation.

If sleep was as simple as taking magnesium, we'd all be sleeping like babies by now. 😅

We've all tried things for our sleep.

Magnesium.
Herbal teas.
Meditation.
A new pillow.
A supplement a friend swore by.

Most women I speak to have already tried a dozen things before they reach out for help.

They're not lazy.

They're not doing it wrong.

They're just looking for a quick fix to what is often a nervous system that's been running flat out for years.

Sleep is a skill.

And like any skill, it responds to consistency more than intensity.

Small things done regularly tend to beat big things done occasionally.

What's the strangest thing you've tried to help your sleep? 😴

✨ I'm putting together a free online Sleep Masterclass on 2 July for women who are tired of waking exhausted.

Comment SLEEP and I'll send you the details.

So many of us are waking already stressed.

The nervous system barely gets a chance to recover anymore.

Poor sleep.
Mental load.
Constant rushing.
Always thinking about the next thing.

And eventually the body starts responding.

Exhaustion.
Brain fog.
Tension.
Feeling overwhelmed.
Feeling wired but tired.

This state has become common…
but it doesn’t mean it’s healthy.

Tiny moments of regulation during the day genuinely matter.

🤍 hum in the car
🤍 unclench the jaw
🤍 relax the shoulders
🤍 take a few slower breaths between tasks
🤍 pause before rushing into the next thing

Small habits repeated daily help signal safety back to the nervous system over time.

If you need support slowing things down, my free 5 Day Stress Reset is linked in bio 🤍

It’s definitely that time of the year 🤧
Blocked noses, mouth breathing, headaches, poor sleep and that heavy foggy feeling.

And honestly… this simple technique really does work. 👃🏼

Gentle breath holds can help naturally open the nose by improving circulation in the nasal passages and supporting better nasal breathing.

The key is keeping it calm and gentle.
You should feel a medium air hunger only, never straining or gasping.

✨ Nasal breathing helps filter and warm the air
✨ Mouth breathing can dry the airways and worsen sleep/snoring
✨ Better nasal breathing = better oxygen delivery and calmer breathing patterns

This isn’t a replacement for medical care and if symptoms persist, worsen, or you have underlying health concerns please seek proper medical advice.

⚠️ Avoid breath holds if you are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure or significant medical conditions without guidance.

But for simple congestion?
This is one of my favourite natural tools to use.
