Marni and Nige’s wedding was the best of black-tie elegance meets Australian homestead vibes. Having always imagined a wedding under a marquee but with lashings of class, these two stunners reached out to superstar planners Tierra Events to help design their dream.

Marni wore a Spanish-inspired gown and knockout headband by Claire Home Designs, with subtly stunning make-up by Tribe star Cassandra de Bruin - hair.makeup. Standing alongside her and her two bridesmaids was her brother and bridesman, a choice which we wholeheartedly love!

The perfect touch to their timeless theming was the dazzling smiles on Marni and Nige’s face, captured in all their effervescent radiance by Nic Stephens Photography

This one I get asked ALOT pre-wedding! I recommend about a week. Just enough time for the colour and/or toner to soften or any staining to fade. It gives the hair a chance to settle aswell so it’s more manageable. Every stylist is different though so best to ask yours! ✌🏼

Ok so this one’s a shameless shot of me! Plus a vendor plug or 2 😉 And one of my favourite untraditional ’bridal portraits’ (I usually hate photos but I love this one!) trekking through the hiking tracks out the back of Kennet River. I just adored my gown (following up on that another time) And my photographer @tonyevansweddings & videographer @analog_modern for agreeing to drive off road in the Otways PRECEREMONY 😬 (or maybe I was the crazy one) to grab some serious rainforest magic for our first look photos. And boy was it worth it!
