We are now offering Inspection services to both Insurance and Real Estate agents, whereby we can identify and report on maintenance issues to a premises or residence that would not generally be covered under Insurance Policy. The benefit is to act on this knowledge before the problem can take hold and cause long term damage. This is done using a combination of Visual, Themography and other electronic inspection equipment.

Ice Restorations have assisted in restoring the Storeroom and Garage face brickwork following a fire. The Cream bricks are difficult to clean using conventional methods but with Dry Ice blasting the soot lifts of surface. Molten plastics etc adhered to the concrete floor are also easily removed. Below are a series of images taken before and after cleaning.
